Once the work starts on site it is important that the progress is checked to ensure that the work is carried out as defined in the contract documents. Site meetings are held to resolve unforseen problems.

For absent clients, reports are drawn up and sent by email. These normally contain photos, cost reports and matters arising.

The progress will also be checked against the program in order that the completion date is achieved.

Projects payments by the client to the contractor will be certified by the architects to ensure payments are relevant to the work being carried out and the materials procured.
