Once the drawings and computo metrico are complete and agreed by the client we will give the drawings to several builders for their quotation. In the UK this is called ‘going to tender’.

Several prospective builders will be interviewed and previous work they have undertaken will be checked for quality.

A standard form of contract will be drawn up between the client and the builder for the construction. The detail drawings and the computo metrico will form the 'contract documents'.
