Clients usually make the first contact by arranging a meeting although sometimes the initial contact is through email.

In the first meeting the client can expect a full description of our services and work method as well as a detailed run down of things they can expect during the course of the project.

A site inspection of the property is usually undertaken so that any initial briefing ideas can be developed.

Should the client be happy to proceed they will be invited to employ us just for the feasibility stage in order to reduce their initial exposure of employing us for the full project.
