Prior to starting on site all of the decorative and construction details need to be defined both for the builder to follow on site and so that the client will know exactly what they will get.
This stage is very important as it allows the builder to understand exactly what we want before he starts work. When done well this stage can reduce variations to the cost of the contract once the builder starts.
The plumbing and electrics are all integrated into the design as are structural modifications, and all aesthetic finishes are detailed so the contractor can price them.
